Our villa caters for your every need, whether it’s for a relaxing and peaceful pool-side holiday with the family, or a fun-filled break, Pernera has it all!
Villa Xanthe is an elegant 3 double bedroom villa (sleeps 6-8) with 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a luxury Italian fitted kitchen, air conditioning and central heating. Our villa also includes Plasma flat screen Satellite TV’s, DVD player, Hi Fi/CD player with iPod connecter and playstation 2 (with selection of titles). Relax and unwind in our enclosed patio area complete with stylish garden furniture and gas fired BBQ. Parasols and recliners are provided and stored in the shed along with a selection of beach balls, and inflatables to use.
A short walk takes you to the private beach located less than 150m from the entrance of the villa, or enjoy the comfort and privacy of your personal swimming pool.
Although located near all amenities, Crystal Lagoon enjoys a peaceful and quiet location where you can relax, enjoy barbecues or even have a swim in your pool. If you wish to venture out and explore Penera you will find it offers many opportunities for a great day out, with endless choice of restaurants, bars and entertainment for a diverse range of tastes.
